4480 Willow strengthens Sutter’s East Bay footprint with a new multi‑disciplinary clinic. The facility reflects Sutter’s latest design standards to elevate efficiency, clarity, and comfort.
4480 Willow expands Sutter’s presence in the East
Bay Area with a new 64,000 sf multi-disciplinary
clinic including a 27,000 sf Surgery Center featuring 5
operating rooms. A new covered drop-off, walkway,
and clear wayfinding facilitate the patient’s journey from
the curb to the care. Specialty departments include
Orthopedics, ENT, Imaging, Urology, Gastroenterology,
Ophthalmology, and Optometry.
The project implements Sutter's new design standards
improving both the staff and patient experience. Working
collaboratively together with the contractor, Skanska USA,
completion is anticipated in the second quarter of 2026.
