2008 AIA Santa Clara Valley Chapter Award of Excellence

This LEED Silver project transformed a 38,000 s.f. tilt-up manufacturing building into a stimulating and sustainable work environment for 100 construction professionals. The design supports XL's strategies to encourage employee interaction, enhance the company culture and enrich the workday experience.
