Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Mary L. Johnson Pediatric Ambulatory Care CenterCompleted 2004 Of all the presentations we have seen from all the design firms, your designs have been the best. —nancy wood, director of design & construction for stanford and lucile packard children’s hospitals This project involved the relocation of Pediatrics out-patient clinics from the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital to a nearby existing 30,000 s.f. two-story building that was clearly outdated. The building was seismically retrofitted and engineering systems were upgraded to OSHPD 3 standards. The facility houses Primary Care, Respiratory Specialties, Surgical Specialties, Neuro Science Specialties and Medical Subspecialties, all designed to assure that the healthcare experience for children and parents would be as friendly and accessible as possible. |
