This project involved the relocation of Pediatrics out-patient clinics from the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital to a nearby existing 30,000 s.f. two-story building that was clearly outdated. The building was seismically retrofitted and engineering systems were upgraded to OSHPD 3 standards. The facility houses Primary Care, Respiratory Specialties, Surgical Specialties, Neuro Science Specialties and Medical Subspecialties, all designed to assure that the healthcare experience for children and parents would be as friendly and accessible as possible.
