Kaiser Permanente Union City Medical Office Building
Completed 1991
This 80,000 square foot Medical office building houses Allergy, Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Psychiatry, and Administration on a new East Bay campus. The design, incorporating intuituve patient circulation, great natural light, and a modular, efficient clinic layout became an early model for subsequent Kaiser medical office buildings throughout the system.
