The San Leandro Campus will include a new 464,000 BGSF, 263-bed Template Hospital offering acute care and emergency services, a Central Utility Plant and a 275,000 BGSF Hospital Support Building providing medical offices, ASC, administrative and ancillary services necessary to support the Hospital. The project is currently in design, utilizing Kaiser's most advanced project management and permit processing techniques.
