On August 20, 2009, Gary Crosman, Senior Associate, joined Amy Delson of Strategic Facilities Planning, the Owner and others in a presentation to AIA San Francisco entitled "New Paradigms in Clinical Laboratory Design: MuirLab." The presentation focused on HPS' new Core Clinical Laboratory for John Muir Health, which houses the largest Beckman Coulter automation system in the US. Balancing LEAN operations, staff satisfaction, and a showcase for clients, the new laboratory embodies new paradigms in clinical laboratory design.
