Hawley Peterson & Snyder has incorporated principles of sustainable design and construction in projects throughout the firm's history. We have always sought to design spaces which are respectful to the broader community and the environment while providing uplifting, productive places for people to interact.
PURPOSE Opportunity
The Sustainability Resource Group is dedicated to:
-Investigate sustainable opportunities and strategies on all HPS projects
-Review project documentation incorporating sustainable elements
-Research sustainable technologies
-Manage sustainable materials and resource library
-Develop preferred consultant list based on sustainablility expertise
-Provide educational opportinities for HPS staff members and clients
-Share information via speaking engagements to clients, A&E Community, local colleges and universities, municipal agencies, and the construction industry
-Provide sustainability consulting services
LEADERSHIP Experience
The Sustainabity Resource Group is led by HPS Associate Sharon Refvem, AIA and Yvonne Farrell, AIA both of whom are LEED Accredited Professionals.
